Levels are not a plan you buy. You earn points two ways: when another member likes something you post, and when you pass quizzes in the portal. On Standard, levels are how the courses open up. On Premium, every course is open from day one and levels are what bring the equipment.

Both plans earn levels the same way. Standard unlocks courses as you climb; Premium opens all ten immediately. The equipment at Level 6 and 7 is Premium only.

One like on a post or comment is one point. Ask about a job you are working on, answer someone who is stuck, post what you found.
Quizzes count too. Every quiz you pass in the portal adds points to the same total, so the coursework you are doing anyway moves you up the ladder. Points cannot be bought.
