Terms of Service

The Survey School is an online education platform and community for land surveyors, engineers, and geomatics professionals. By joining our Skool community or using the portal at thesurveyschool.com, you agree to these terms.

The portal is tied to your Skool membership. If you leave the Skool community, portal access ends automatically. One person, one account — don't share your login.

Courses, quizzes, videos, and other content on the portal are for your personal learning use. Don't redistribute, scrape, or re-sell. Everything you see is produced by The Survey School team or contributed by community members.

Anything you post (comments, testimonials, uploaded content) gives us permission to display it on the portal and the public marketing site. You keep ownership — you just let us use it to run the community.

Membership fees are billed via Skool (for the community) or Stripe (for standalone prep courses and merchandise). Cancel anytime from your Skool or Stripe account — no fine print, no retention holds.

We provide education and community — success depends on your effort. Certificates issued by the platform are recognition of quiz completion, not a professional license or accreditation.

We update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll note the date at the top. If a change materially affects your account (e.g., pricing), we'll email you first.
