Own the paid and organic social presence — run the ads, build the creatives, and turn long-form content into the short-form people actually watch.

About the role

We have an active YouTube channel, a growing library of lectures, and field footage from workshops and conferences. We need someone who can turn that into a consistent stream of social content and put real budget behind the angles that work. This role partners directly with the founder and the video editor.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn — from creative brief through reporting.
  • Repurpose YouTube videos and Survey School lectures into reels, shorts, and posts that drive list growth and membership signups.
  • Build the creatives — hooks, captions, thumbnails, simple motion when needed.
  • Track campaign performance and iterate ruthlessly. Show me what worked, kill what didn't, double down.
  • Coordinate with the founder and instructors on content angles, launches, and event promotion.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years running paid social campaigns with real budget you can speak to.
  • A portfolio of creatives and ad accounts you've managed.
  • Fluent with Meta Ads Manager and YouTube/Google Ads at minimum.
  • Strong written instincts — you can write a hook, not just brief one.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B or education marketing.
  • Any technical, surveying, or geospatial background — even a hobbyist interest helps you find angles.
